We are committed to providing you with quality books that can last a lifetime. Our books are printed and shipped as they are ordered by one of our printing partners. This allows us to carry a large book inventory in a variety of bindings. This also means we are not able to review every book as it is shipped. While our printing partners are known for providing great quality books, there are occasions when a book may have a printing error or is damaged during shipment.
Did your books arrive damaged, have a binding issue, or printing error? Please contact us immediately and we will replace your books. Please provide 1-3 photos of each damaged book including the barcode inside the last page of the book and e-mail us at email@example.com or use the contact form below. We will have the damaged book reprinted and sent to you in a timely manner. Please report all damage or print quality issues to us within 30 days of receiving your order.
